Responsibilities Provides project management support for Customer’s fuels (tanks, pipelines, pumps, filters, hydrant systems, loading and unloading facilities, automation, and other infrastructure) and non-fuels facilities. Provides project management support for Military Construction (MILCON) and Host Nation Funded Construction (HNFC) projects. Serves as the project design and construction manager directly responsible for accomplishment of major construction projects. Oversees the installations master planning efforts which includes: master plan studies documenting requirements, deficiencies and excesses, provides recommendations to ensure that mid and long term requirements are identified and satisfied.
