Job Description
A leading building contractor is seeking an experienced General Foreman with strong finishing experience to join its team on prestigious high-rise residential developments along the Atlantic Seaboard.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 10 years' building construction experience
Proven track record as a General Foreman on large residential or mixed-use developments
Extensive experience managing and coordinating all finishing trades including:
Ability to drive programme targets and maintain high levels of workmanship
Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple finishing teams
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
