The General Laborer supports daily block manufacturing operations by overseeing block production, stacking and loading finished product, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This role involves operating and monitoring block-making machinery, performing repetitive physical tasks, and assisting with order preparation in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily block operation to support consistent and efficient production.
+ Stack and load block safely and accurately onto pallets, trucks, or designated storage areas.
+ Monitor and operate block-making machinery as needed, following all safety and operating procedures.
+ Unload finished product from conveyors and move materials to the appropriate locations.
