**Job Title: Peanut Shelling Facility- Color Sorter Operator/General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
Monitors, cleans, and maintains the operation of all the various electronic eyes and sizing system equipment used to separate damaged product and foreign material from good product and maintain APSA grades. Monitors, cleans, and maintains various pieces of equipment used to size, convey and clean shelled peanuts located in shelling and blanching plants and maintains the sanitation of the entire facility as needed.
**Pay:** 14- 16/hr
**Shift:** 2nd 3:00pm to 11:30 or 3rd 6pm to 4am
