Key Responsibilities
- Site preparation, digging, and general groundworks
- Assisting with construction tasks and installs
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Supporting tradespeople on site
- Spotting for machinery and maintaining safe work zones
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
- General labouring duties and site clean‑up
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a labourer on construction sites
- Previous Concreting Experience
- Previous Carpentry Experience
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (25kg+)
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
