Job Description
**Kadiak, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a General Maintenance Worker to support **Kadiak** and our government customer in in Billings, MT.
Assist in various general building maintenance functions to support mechanical and electrical, heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning machinery.
**Tours of Facility, Administrative:**
+ Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO). Close out work orders and maintenance actions. Assist with reporting requirements.
+ HVAC and Building Systems:
+ Assist with installations, modifications, and repairs. Perform minor adjustments and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewage systems.
+ Change filters, clean cooling towers, and heating/cooling coils.
**Structural Maintenance:**
+ Minor repairs to architectural and structural components.
+ Maintain interior/exterior doors, locks, windows, floors, and roofs.
+ Clean and maintain mechanical rooms.
