The candidate will be responsible for carrying out general handyman duties, maintaining cleanliness of the building and surrounding areas, and ensuring the premises remain safe, clean, and operational at all times. Key Responsibilities Carry out general handyman and maintenance works, including minor repairs and touch-up painting. Perform basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting works. Conduct routine inspection and upkeep of building facilities and common areas. Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including disposal of rubbish and waste management.
