Job Description
The primary purpose of this job is to provide general and multi-disciplined repair and maintenance duties including but not limited to handy works consisting of welding, carpentry, tiling, plastering, lubricating, filling of crevices, hanging of doors, general building maintenance works, basic plumbing works (installing and replacing taps, showers and related parts, attending to blockages, leaking and/or running toilets, toilet seats, silicone works, sealing, etc.) and basic electrical works (installing and replacing tubes, bulbs and related parts, repair and/or replace, hydroboils, plugs, etc.) and paintwork in compliance with local authority specifications and in line with best industry practice as well as to ensure that South Point standards and requirements are met at all times.
