Job Description

We are looking for an General Manager, Accounting. This position will be responsible to lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial management functions, including budgeting, taxation, financial operations, and reporting, ensuring strong governance, regulatory compliance, and financial discipline. The role supports the organisation’s objectives in delivering sustainable property development projects while maintaining accountability in a government-linked environment.

1. Overall Accounting Leadership

• Lead and oversee all accounting functions, including Budget & Planning, Tax, Financial Operations (Accounts Payable & Receivable), Management Accounts, and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial information across the organisation.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with regulatory and GLC requirements.
