Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute central Malaysia airfreight strategy aligned with regional direction
- Drive growth in key identified sectors/industry
- Develop lane, gateway, consolidation and capacity strategies (KLIA, Penang, Singapore, regional hubs)
P&L & Financial Performance
- Full ownership of airfreight P&L for central Malaysia
- Deliver revenue, GP, EBIT, GP/kg and cost-to-serve targets
- Ensure pricing discipline, yield improvement, and cost control
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee air export, air import, freight planning, and gateway operations
- Ensure SOP compliance, uplift reliability, and on-time performance
- Manage peak season planning, ad-hoc capacity, and charter solutions
