Own the direction of a large, complex property portfolio. Define how long-term value is created from it.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping how Ryman manages, optimises and invests in its property portfolio across New Zealand and Australia.
Reporting to the Chief Property Officer, you will operate at a true portfolio-ownership level, setting the strategic direction for asset management across the Group. You will ensure asset management becomes a forward-looking, value-focused discipline that drives long-term performance.

With development activity reduced, the focus has shifted to maximising value from an extensive, established portfolio. This role is central to that shift, defining how assets are optimised, maintained, and future‑proofed over the next decade and beyond.
