General Manager, Operations

The General Manager, Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and service delivery across assigned regions or business units within Shermco Canada, with a primary focus on British Columbia. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance, and engineering services.
This position plays a critical role in workforce management, operational performance, and client delivery, while supporting the Director in achieving broader strategic and financial objectives.
