The CWHC General Manager (GM) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving the sustained growth and profitability of a multi-store Agriculture Machinery Dealership chain within the assigned territory. The position ensures the highest level of customer support and service to its customers, leads a dealership brand and culture fully aligned with the CLAAS brand strategy, and manages multi-retail locations.
