Roles and Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic oversight of civil engineering and construction operations Drive business performance across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and HQ expectations Oversee project portfolios, including budget performance, resource allocation, and profitability Establish and enforce governance frameworks for project delivery, safety, quality, and compliance standards Review and approve major project plans, contracts, and commercial strategies Lead senior project and operations teams, ensuring strong execution capability across all sites Manage key stakeholder relationships including clients, joint venture partners, consultants, and regulatory bodies Report regularly to Japanese Headquarters on operational performance, risks, and strategic initiatives Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and project outcomes Lead risk management and ensure appropriate mitigation st...
