About The Role
The DGM/GM – Design & Engineering will be responsible for overseeing product development, design optimization, engineering support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and operational excellence in product design and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire product development process including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, design calculations, drawings and data, prototype building and validation.
- Designing and implementing processes and procedures to facilitate the smooth functioning of overall production operations.
- Analyzing existing products & processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficacy, reducing wastages and achieving maximum cost savings
