Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the landscaping projects, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable. This role involves ensuring that landscaping projects are well-executed, teams are effectively managed, and that operations are aligned with the company's goals.
- Lead and manage a team of landscape designers, horticulturists, groundkeepers, and other related staff.
- Oversee the daily operations of landscape projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Ensure that all projects meet company standards, client expectations, and legal/regulatory requirements.
