General Manager EE/AA, Northern Cape, R35,000-R40,000 CTC
As the GM you will be the heartbeat of the lodge, balancing luxury hospitality with the serenity of the wilderness. You'll lead with vision, ensuring seamless lodge operations across food & beverage, rooms division, guest services, and property maintenance.
You will: Champion exceptional guest experiences in a 5-star environment. Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize profitability. Inspire, train, and mentor a passionate team, creating a culture of excellence. Drive quality control and uphold the highest safari lodge standards.
