General Manager – FMCG
Lead and scale the FMCG division with full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategy aligned with group objectives
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability
- Oversee sales, marketing, distribution, and supply chain
- Expand modern trade and distribution networks
- Identify new business opportunities and product lines
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- 20–25 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including a minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strong UAE market expertise
- Proven P&L management and growth track record
