General Operation:
Create & develops the operation including policies and procedures, standardize operation process, task alignment, operation manuals, set up workforce planning & staff development scheduling align with hotels development plan.Assists in all other required areas, including but not limited to Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Marketing, Food & Beverage, Human Resources and any other assigned departments.
