Overview
Trust House (THL) is a community owned company based in Masterton. The company operates a range of hospitality businesses across Wairarapa, Pahiatua, and Flaxmere and they currently own and manage 400 social rental properties. Their operations are commercial yet aim to enhance the wellbeing of people in the region by providing homes to those in the community who need them most.

Strategic Transformation
THL has embarked on a complete transformation of its housing portfolio. This is the most fundamental and transformational change in THL’s housing strategy in 25 years. This long‑term strategy will see the construction of 300 new houses and refurbishment of a further 120 houses in Masterton over a 5‑year period.
