Job Description
The position is responsible for handling HR for multiple regions for the company & lead business partnering for sales, lab operation & network operation functions. Work with business leaders for flawless execution of people strategies and practices which support the business objectives and continually improves the value of HR’s contribution to the business. Implement business aligned HR strategies for assigned geography, leading aspects like Manpower planning & Productivity, Talent Management, Talent Engagement & Retention, Performance Management, HR Operations Manpower Planning, Productivity & Onboarding • Participate in manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the business with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower • Identify issues and process & capability gaps to improve alignment, manpower productivity and minimize redundancies • On-board Key employees and handhold them for 1st 6 months. • Directly responsible for hiring of senior level positions to fill stra...
