Job Description: General Manager - HVAC Design
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of design drawings, BOQ, equipment sizing, documentation for HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness ,coordination with other disciplines, and support during project execution.
2. Review and approve design documents submitted by the consultants.
3. Take ownership of HVAC design packages and manage mid-to-large projects independently.
4. Review and evaluate the design documents and specification for Tender.
5. Design knowledge of Chilled Water systems including variable and constant water volumes, Air-Conditioning & Ventilation systems including fresh air and exhaust air balancing treatment.
6. Heat loss & heat gain calculations.
7. Design knowledge of basement ventilation, jet fans, smoke control system etc.
8. Design knowledge of VRF/VRV system.
