Job Description
DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Distribution Center General Manager level leader to provide bench support for our facility in Richmond, Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing distribution and third-party logistics operations, along with experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
This role will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across key areas including operational performance, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement initiatives, and associate development. Due to the dynamic nature of the industry, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of progressive leadership success within fast-paced, performance-driven environments focused on customer service, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
