Insight Global is partnering with a well-established automotive dealership group in the Los Angeles area to hire a General Manager for a Kia dealership in Santa Monica. This individual will take ownership of a high-visibility location that is currently underperforming and requires a hands-on leader to drive operational improvement, rebuild team structure, and increase overall store performance.
This is a highly engaged leadership role within a smaller dealership group, where the GM will be expected to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and actively participate in day-to-day dealership operations.
