Insight Global is seeking a Branch Operations Manager / General Manager for a top service-based operations client. This individual will be responsible for running the full day-to-day operations of a local branch, overseeing drivers, routes, safety, staffing, and fleet readiness. This is a highly hands-on leadership role focused on operational excellence rather than traditional P&L ownership. The ideal candidate is comfortable being in the field, partnering closely with an Ops Supervisor and shop team, and ensuring the branch runs smoothly every single day.
