The Role
As General Manager of Medcan's new Markham location, this role will have full ownership of site performance; from P&L management and operational excellence to client experience and community engagement. Markham is a hub site offering Annual Health Assessments, Membership, Restore, Refine, and Fitness programming, supported by a cross‑functional team of over 20 staff. The General Manager will ensure that Medcan's brand, hospitality standards, and clinical programs are executed exceptionally while tailoring the experience to the Markham community. The GM will also serve as Medcan's ambassador in the local market, building the relationships and visibility that drive awareness and growth.
