S5 Agency World is looking for a strong and hands-on Chief Operating Officer / General Manager India to lead our India hub in Mumbai.
The India hub is a core delivery centre for our global maritime and port agency business , providing operational and financial services to international clients and S5 offices worldwide. The hub plays a key role in our global service delivery model and is central to ensuring consistent, efficient and high-quality support across regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and further development of the India hub. You will lead the local teams, manage operational and financial service delivery, improve performance and reporting, strengthen process control, and support the further growth and professionalisation of the hub.
This is a senior operational management role within the maritime / port agency industry
