Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the General Manager is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of Nova Inn Manning, located in Manning, Alberta. This includes budgeting and financial management, maintaining cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.
Provide leadership in service and innovation while creating a working environment that fosters career growth and development for our team members.
Operations
- Manage all sources of revenue, including rooms, food & beverage, and others. Focus on securing new business while maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Promote the hotel’s policies and philosophies to employees and guests through direct and indirect interaction.
