Responsibilities
Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the full network of centres and their leaders, carrying end-to-end accountability for operational performance, customer experience, and P&L delivery. You will own the enrolment funnel (from enquiry management through to conversion) working closely with marketing and centre leaders to drive sustainable growth. Governance, financial discipline, and the ability to lead a large, distributed workforce are equally central to the success of this role.
