Role Description
The General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor is a part‑time, hybrid role based in Zurich, with a combination of on‑site duties and work‑from‑home flexibility. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations of club activities and events, including planning sessions, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of workshops, competitions, and meetings. The manager coordinates between core members, volunteers, and participants, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress on ongoing initiatives. This role also includes handling communication channels, maintaining attendance and performance records, and ensuring that resources (rooms, equipment, online tools) are available and properly used. In addition, the manager supports outreach efforts, helps implement feedback from members, and contributes to creating an inclusive, motivating environment for all participants.
