General Manager (Plant Operations) / Head of Plant – Wooden Picture Frame Moulding (based in Rawang)
A public listed company with major business in the manufacturing and export of Wooden Picture Frame Moulding.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, supervising, leading and motivating the production team to meet customer order on time delivery.
- Designs and implements programs to enhance production productivity.
- Ensure production machineries fully running and the product delivered according to schedule.
- Monitor and maintain production system (iEPOS & PRS) operation.
- Develop, implement, continuously review and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions for production and maintenance operations.
- Oversee, coach, motivate production and maintenance staff in production operations.
