Job Summary:
The General Manager of the Plastic Plant is responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the plastic manufacturing unit including production planning process optimization quality control maintenance manpower management and cost control. The GM ensures that production targets are met in a safe efficient and cost-effective manner while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Strategic & Operational Leadership:
- Lead the plant operations to meet daily monthly and annual production targets.
