We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall business operations, drive production performance, and execute strategic growth initiatives within a printing and manufacturing environment.
This role requires a strong leader with deep experience in printing or manufacturing, capable of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall operations including production, sales coordination, and administration
Develop and execute strategic plans to improve efficiency and achieve business goals
Oversee end-to-end production workflows (prepress, press, post-press)
Manage budgeting, CAPEX, OPEX, and financial performance
Establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
