Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership & Financial Performance: Take full accountability for the UK headquarters’ P&L, including revenue growth, profit margin, cost control, and cash flow management. Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets aligned with global strategic objectives, monitor financial KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure the achievement of revenue and profit targets.
- Strategic Planning & Business Growth: Formulate and implement long-term and short-term business strategies for the market, focusing on expanding market share, developing new customer segments, and promoting core products (motion,automation solutions) and services. Identify new business opportunities, explore partnerships, and drive innovation to maintain competitive advantage in the industrial control industry.
