Key Responsibilities





  • Grow and lead the full Swedish organisation, including operational setup and day to day management



  • Execute the commercial strategy to grow the Swedish market within industrial safety and automation



  • Build and manage a local sales and administration team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management



  • Drive both new business development and account management, expanding distribution and strengthening customer relationships
