Job Description
Lead the overall operations, strategic direction and profitability of the manufacturing facility in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards and delivering orders on time while fostering a high-performance and compliant workplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end factory operations, ensuring smooth production flow from cutting to packing and achieving daily production targets and shipment schedules.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing production capacity, implementing lean manufacturing practices, reducing waste and controlling manufacturing costs.
- Ensure consistent product quality by maintaining high garment standards, minimizing alteration and repair costs and meeting buyer compliance requirements.
