Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of one location.
- Manage the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards.
- Coach the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand.
- Monitor and control labor costs and food and waste costs.
- Lead the staff to achieve service times and work as a part of the team.
- Spend reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
- Hire, retain, and terminate employees.
- Order and manage inventory.
- Perform other duties which involve the day‑to‑day operation of a quick food restaurant.
