1. Build the Future Fit Responsive Supply Chain at Orkla India
- Build the strategy for Planning and Logistics Operations that aligns with organisational goals.
- Optimise the Supply Chain operations, build tactical capabilities – short, medium, long term horizon Supply Planning, Warehousing, Inventory Management & Logistics Operations.
2. Ensure Cost Efficient High OTIF Delivery in Evolving Environment
- Build digital commerce agility in Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Operations.
