Overview
We are seeking a self‑motivated and results‑driven professional to direct and manage our Bar, Restaurant, and Ice Bar operations. The role will develop and implement effective business strategies, allocate budget resources, formulate policies, coordinate operations, monitor and motivate staff, manage costs, maintain customer service, improve administrative processes, engage vendors, hire and train employees, identify opportunities, and oversee financial activities.
