Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement logistics solutions (warehouse, transportation, etc.) aligned with company goals.
- Use Oracle and other systems for scalable, reliable logistics operations.
- Incorporate automation and ensure compliance with regulations (cGMP/FDA).
- Recommend new solutions based on emerging technologies and best practices.
- Plan and schedule inbound/outbound operations to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Process change controls, deviations, and CAPAs for compliance.
- Mentor and lead logistics teams, acting as backup to VP of Logistics.
