Position Summary:
The General/Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability. They exercise discretion in overall store operations, including supervising and directing staff, making staffing decisions, and ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety. The role is crucial in delivering an outstanding guest experience and involves day-to-day leadership to achieve various goals. The General Manager is required to exercise discretion regularly and customarily in managing the overall operations of the store.
