Locum cover is required from 6 - 13 October 2025.

Position Details:

  • Rate dependant on experience.
  • SMO / Rural Generalist - FRACGP / FACRRM / with an ARST/AST

    , Learn about ancient Aboriginal culture on their traditional homelands. This hospital is a Level 1 rural and remote hospital based in north-west Queensland, 100km east of the Northern Territory Border. There are multiple services on offer including Primary Health Outpatients,and Emergency services The town is not a tourist destination but the traditional homelands of the Gangalidda, Waanyi, Garrawa and Yunjulla people who have inhabited the land for over thousands of years. The community is a well developed and successful Aboriginal community with a population of around 1200.
