Job Description
We are looking for a patient centred GP to join our multi‑disciplinary team located at two sites in Caldicot and the nearby village of Magor.
Situated in beautiful South Monmouthshire, Caldicot is easily commutable from Bristol, Cardiff and surrounding areas with good access to the M4.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services and undertake all the normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP.
- Work within a total triage system and contribute to continual review and development of ways of working to best suit our population and staff.
- Support continuity of care with the implementation of personalised patient lists.
- Encourage development of salaried GPs in their chosen area of interest.
Person Specification
Experience- All levels of experience will be considered
- Qualified GP and registered with the GMC
