What will you do:
* Lead, coordinate and challenge global, cross-functional teams between LOB and different GSC worldwide, and report project status to management;
* Initiate all project, design, cost, safety, and other reviews to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.
* Educate team on the Agile new product development process
* Work independently with little or no supervision, create and own project plans (schedule, resources, costs) to meet expectations and to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and handle multiple projects simultaneously (up to three or more in various states of execution)
* Work with functional management to staff projects appropriately
