One of the following certificates of competency
Master <35 Navigational Watch Rating Able seafarer (Deck) Also, must hold:
Certificate of Safety training (CoST) - AMSA endorsed International AMSA Medical Current First Aid/CPR Certificate. Desirable requirements:
