Responsibilities:
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through his/her sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge trainings.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan and meeting agreed targets/quota.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing/Management/Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 5 years of related work experience in the related field.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
