We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to lead our high-performance sales team in the Kamloops-Merritt markets. This position oversees our 2 markets located in Kamloops and Merritt and will be based in Kamloops. This role goes beyond driving revenue—it’s about mentoring a team, building lasting client relationships, and positioning Pattison Media as the leading partner to serve our local radio, TV and digital clients in a highly competitive, multi-market, multi-product division.
This position dual reports to the Director of Non-Metro Sales and the Kamloops General Manager.
