Facilities Department – MENTAL HEALTH UNITS, NHS BORDERS
12 hours per week (13:00-19:00 Saturday and Sunday only
We currently require a Domestic Assistant/Porter to join an excellent team of staff at Mental Health Units varying sites. Predominantly Eastbrigs in Galashiels but may vary with prior notification due to demand.
The successful candidate to will be required to work weekdays and/or weekend on a flexible early and back shift pattern as required.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of competence in domestic activities, flexibility and knowledge of the NHS Borders Behavioural Framework.
As from 1st April 2026 the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will...
