General Supervisor, Underground Mine (Fly-In Fly-Out) (MEL01590)
As the General Supervisor at our Meliadine Mine, you will report directly to the Underground Mine Superintendent and lead day‑to‑day mining operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance with Agnico Eagle’s values and policies.

Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations for mine development, production, and construction, leading by example to build a safe and strong employee culture.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate mine operations staff for safe, environmentally sound, and efficient work.
- Monitor costs, productivity, health & safety, and employee motivation.
- Collaborate with Mine Management to establish production and quality standards using mining technology knowledge.
