Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic General Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a supportive schools in Newham.
The Role
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on experience)
Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
Providing one-to-one or small group support
Helping to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children in a school setting (desirable but not essential)
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
